Issue: Weird apostrophe conversion in feedback titles

Description

For some reason, when I type an apostrophe while changing the title of a feedback, it turns into '. It's fixed when I reload, though, and when I try to replace the ' with an actual apostrophe, it tells me that there's nothing to update.

How to reproduce the issue

- Submit feedback then change its title to something that includes the apostrophe
- The apostrophe is converted into ' until reload
