Feature request: Comment embedding

Description
A lot of people use the "Quote in a reply" feature for comments to reply to specific replies in the thread. Mentions can work, but it's vague unless the context clearly directs it to that reply.
But that's not the main problem. The main problem is that, even when a user posts a comment then hides it, quoted comments stay visible in others' comments. It's not intentional, as they're using it as a reply method to specific replies in the thread, but intention doesn't matter. If the user hid their comment, they want it to stay hidden, not to be fully exposed in others' comments in the form of quotes.
To fix this, I got the idea of comment embedding. Among the other comment actions, you can add an "Embed comment" feature that, when clicked, inserts the embedded comment's link into the user's reply in the form of [embed]https://demirramon.com/comments?thread=#[/embed] (the tags for this can be anything, but I'll go with [embed][/embed]). It works almost the same as quoting, but has a special appearance to distinguish it from quote blocks (e.g. a minimized comment with only the poster's mention, the post date and maybe a link to the embedded comment) and shows the real-time state of the embedded comment. If the comment's visible and not hidden, its content appears normally. If it's hidden, then the "Comment hidden by user" thingy appears instead of the embedded comment's content. This should also apply to blocked comments; the blocked comment bar appears instead of the embedded comment if whoever posted it is a blocked user for the person viewing the embed.
Comment embedding ([embed]<comment link here>[/embed]) should work everywhere, just like normal BBCode.
If this was ever added, I'd say remove the "Quote in a reply" feature, but I suggest replacing it with "Copy content as quote" instead. Its function is pretty obvious.
