Issue: Center tags add unnecessary space

Description
Using the [center][/center] tags for anything always adds space under it as high as an empty line. It's not big trouble, as it can be fixed by removing the already-there empty line under it or just directly typing text right after the [/center] tag (e.g. [center]There's a pipe bomb[/center]in your mailbox), but it can be a little annoying or confusing, so I recommend removing that unnecessary space
