Issue: Spacing issues in quote blocks

The only person I know who's noticed this besides myself is Mel !! ˶>⩊<˶, but I'm sure a lot of other people have noticed it as well. The newest quote block update kinda messed up the spacing under and above the quote's content. Now it's either that there's too much empty space between the content and the borders, or barely any space at all.


Previews:

Normal text + emoji: Barely any space, looks cramped

Foldable section: No space, looks worse than text

Trying to fix the foldable section with a new empty line under its [/hide] creates large unnecessary space

A special case is using the center tags ([quote="Quote Title"][center][hide="Section Title"]), which also creates unnecessary space above the foldable section (made a feedback for this)


Another issue is that there's a 1 of 2-pixel space on either side of the text in the quote block's title, making it look cramped too
