Issue: Changing preferred email language doesn't work

Description
As the title says.
How to reproduce
1. Go to https://demirramon.com/profile/settings
2. Change preferred email language under mail preferences
3. Update account settings
4. Reload page
5. Check the preferred email language
6. Preferred email language does not change
