The name's SwitchFlip. (no shit) but you can call me Switch or "you know, that one dumb fuck lever guy." Alternatively, SwitchBitch is reasonably common. It's probably deserved, lol.

OCs: Probably too many. Less than @DudeMan though!
Nereidus: Undyne's brother. Wields a halberd, and commands powers of the storm. Canonically has done WAY too much stuff to list here.
Somnalis: The goddess of time, she is always cool and collected. Has many time powers, such as rewinding, pausing, and fast-forwarding.
The Angel: The most powerful being within a galaxy's range of Somnalis, possessed and remade as her servant. Possesses their own original powers, amplified by Somnalis.
Cherry Tree: Started out as a meme from @DudeMan 's Oaky, as his sister. Managed to grow into a godlike being. Snarky as hell, and just wants to be evil.
Archeon: Like shitty Gaster. Has many evil plans, which all manage to fail in stupid ways. Tries his best. Compared to the average human, has superior agility and martial arts skills, but to every other OC here, is just kind of a dude.
Umbra: Depressed, nihilistic teen girl with a copy of the Necronomicon, able to summon eldritch deities/use necromancy on command.
Argyle: Umbra's best friend. TOTAL anime nerd. Carries a massive Shonen Jump style manga around, and can use powers from popular anime.
Quinn: Nerd in the more "math" sense. Loves sci-fi and uses space-y powers, plus can manipulate technology. Has a big assortment of laser guns.
Amethyst: The "My Little Pony" girl back in second grade. Dyes her hair pink, because she thinks it's cute. Has a book of fairy tales, so can use generic magic. Umbra's girlfriend.
