Description
Now, you probably have, like, no clue who this is, so lemme give a brief history lesson.
The Last 4-Ball (of whom I cannot ping, due to their very old username having space characters) was a very old user, going as far back as 2017, and is infamously the person who had suggested the (probably) hated space limit.
Because of this, I thought it'd be fun to view their associated character as an antagonist, and so after seeing their sprites and feeling bored, I've decided to cook up some sprites, and even made a description of this character for @𝓕𝓻𝓮𝓪𝓴𝔂's Demi's Chaos personality chart, if he ever wants to add this guy to Demi's Chaos!

DISCLAIMER: This description is not accurate to this guy at ALL. I know nothing about this user besides what I have described so far and everything about him (or I assume him lmao) after this disclaimer will be inaccurate if not complete bullshit. You have been warned.
(also yes i know it's supposed to be a personality thing but no one has thought of anything for this guy so i'm giving them a full description.)
An antagonistic floating ball with wizard-like powers. Their root of evil comes from the fact that they like everything to be in order; if they see a mess, they'll clean it up ASAP. And since this entire place is all chaos, this means 4-Ball will be trying to stop people from causing chaos, in any means necessary. He also views himself as a hero, which is fair, but others may see him as annoying. But at heart, 4-Ball is actually a fun person who is pretty goofy (of course, not in a chaotic way), and just can't show that side because they're always so distracted from this chaos. 4-Ball often cannot focus unless they're in a relaxed area, and also hopes to find a way to restore their own species.
