It's Chizome Akaguro...AKA Hero Killer: Stain and AKA vigilante; Stendhal. Yes i am a nerd and yes....this man is kinda underrated.... But i still love him. His quirk is Bloodcurdle, so when he (yes part is gross) licks a wound or a small drop of blood, the person who's blood he licked will be paralyzed for a certain amount of time considering blood types. :3 yes, i'm so nerdy.
